Madison County Emergency Medical District
Carolyn Anderson has served with the Madison County Emergency Medical District since 1998. She graduated from Grant LifeLink's Paramedic Program in 1995, and has since went on to instruct with the program in various capacities.
Prior to joining Madison County EMD, Carolyn has served over 20 years, and continues to serve, with the Mechanicsburg Fire Department. She served as Chief for a period of time.
Carolyn was raised in London, Ohio where she graduated from London High School. She continues to remain active in the community, volunteering for area organizations.
Carolyn is responsible to submit and reconcile billing paperwork, and is second in command behind the Chief.

Prior to joining the Madison County Emergency Medical District, Trish Hull served with the Mechanicsburg Fire Department for ten years. She obtained her EMT-Basic certification in 1993, and graduated from Clark State Community College's Paramedic Program in 2002. She has been serving with the District since 2003, taking over as Lieutenant in 2012.
Trish was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio and lived for three years in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She has since had three children. Additionally, she is married to Mike Hull who has served with MedFlight and Norwich Township Fire Department in Hilliard, Ohio. They live in their home in Mechanicsburg, Ohio. Together, they serve as volunteer Firefighter/Paramedics with the Mechanicsburg Fire Department.
She oversees daily operations of two-unit, as well as handling all district materials. She coordinates the district's CPR Instructors, and on going training education for the public.

Lieutenant Justin Whitehead started with the Madison County EMS in 2008, and was promoted to Lieutenant assigned to 1-Unit in 2013. Lieutenant Whitehead also serves as the Assistant Fire Chief of Pleasant Township Fire and EMS in Clark County. Lieutenant Whitehead is a certified Fire and EMS instructor teaching and hold the position of Adult EMS Coordinator for Tolles Career & Technical Center as well as teaching BLS through the Springfield Fire Rescue Division.

Justin was raised in Springfield Ohio where he still resides. He is a graduate of Springfield Clark JVS and Springfield South High School. Justin continued his education by attending Paramedic training through the Greene County Career Center in Xenia Ohio. Justin started his public safety career as a Junior Firefighter in 2002 with Springfield Township Fire in Clark County Ohio. He has since followed his passion for Public Safety as a second generation Firefighter Paramedic. Justin has excelled in Public Safety by achieved success by earning these awards:
Lieutenant Whitehead currently oversees vehicle maintenance, station maintenance, radio programming/maintenance, Horton tech, IT, BLS/ CPR Instructor, and runs the daily operations of the Madison County Emergency Medical District on 1-Unit.
